We start companies ourselves, with our own engineers and our own capital, and run them on the architecture we recommend to clients.

We take an operating role in companies where the go-to-market system is the constraint, rather than advising from outside it.

For a small number of engagements a year we work on a shared-upside basis, where the incentive should sit with the outcome rather than the invoice.
