Go to market consulting.

A strategy that ships as a system. Most go-to-market consulting ends at the recommendation. Ours ends with the CRM, the routing and the reporting rebuilt so the strategy is measurable the week it launches, because we are engineers and building it is the part we are good at.

The problem

The deck was right. Nothing changed.

The strategy work was competent, the segmentation was sound, and six months later the team is selling exactly as before. Nothing in the system changed, so nothing in the behaviour changed, and the deck is in a folder.

A deck is not a system.

What we do

Decisions, then the system that enforces them.

Read the revenue you already have

Sources, cycle times, win rates and the segments quietly carrying the number, taken from the systems rather than from interviews. Most companies already have the answer and cannot see it.

Segment on what predicts winning

Built from your own closed-won data rather than from an industry list. The segments that actually convert are usually narrower and stranger than the ones on the slide.

Offer and pricing as decisions

Packaging, pricing and the proof each segment needs, written as decisions with owners and dates rather than as options to revisit.

Motion designed end to end

Who sources, who qualifies, who closes, who expands, and the handoffs between them, with the SLA at each seam that makes it work.

Built into the system

Pipelines, properties, routing, scoring and dashboards rebuilt so the new motion is what the CRM enforces. This is the step most consulting stops short of.

A measurement plan before launch

What you expect to move, by when, and how you will know. Agreed in advance, because after the fact everyone remembers predicting what happened.

How it runs

Strategy that ships as a system.

01

Diagnose

Where revenue actually comes from today, read from the systems rather than from the deck — sources, cycle times, win rates and the segments that quietly carry the number.

02

Decide

Segment, offer, motion and pricing written as decisions with owners and dates attached, not as a framework with boxes to fill in later.

03

Instrument

The CRM, the routing, the definitions and the dashboards rebuilt so the plan is measurable the week it launches rather than the quarter after.

04

Run it with you

We operate the motion alongside your team until the number repeats, then hand it over with the documentation to keep it repeating.

Where it usually goes wrong

A framework instead of a decision.

Frameworks are comfortable because filling in the boxes feels like progress and commits to nothing. Go-to-market work is a series of uncomfortable decisions: which segments to stop selling to, which product to stop leading with, which motion to retire. If nothing was ruled out, nothing was decided.

Frequently asked

What people ask before they commit.

How is this different from a strategy consultancy?

They will produce better slides. We will produce a working system. If you need the analysis to persuade a board, hire them; if you need the motion to change, the implementation is the part that does it.

How long does an engagement take?

Six to twelve weeks for the strategy and the build together. The decisions take weeks; the system build runs alongside rather than after.

Do you work with early-stage companies?

Yes, and the work is different. Pre product-market fit it is about finding a repeatable motion rather than optimising one, and we scope it much smaller.

What if we already have a strategy?

Good. Then the engagement is implementation: building the system that makes it real and the measurement that tells you whether it is working.

Do you stay afterwards?

Usually for a quarter while the motion beds in, then hand over. Some clients keep us on a retainer for the technical side.

What the system does today, where it breaks, and when it has to work. An engineer reads it — you get an answer inside one business day, not a sequence.
