HubSpot lead generation.

Leads with a source attached. Demand generation fails on measurement more often than on creative. If the source does not survive to the record and routing takes overnight, no amount of campaign work fixes the conversion rate.

The problem

More leads, same pipeline.

Volume went up and opportunities did not. Either the leads are wrong, the routing is slow, or the definition of a lead was never agreed with sales. Usually all three, and none of them are visible in a marketing dashboard.

Twice the leads. The same pipeline.

What we build

The system under the campaigns.

Source that survives

UTM discipline, tracking through third-party forms, offline sources captured deliberately. Everything arriving as direct is the most common and most expensive measurement failure there is.

Routing with an SLA

Assignment in seconds with an escalation when nobody responds. Speed to first contact is the single highest-leverage variable in inbound and most teams lose it to a nightly sync.

Scoring sales agrees with

Built from what actually preceded closed deals, reviewed quarterly, with a false positive rate somebody watches. A score sales does not trust is a score sales ignores.

Qualification that is enforced

A definition of qualified that both teams signed, enforced by the system rather than argued about in a weekly meeting.

Cost per opportunity by channel

Not cost per lead. Cost per opportunity and per closed deal, which is the number that changes where the budget goes.

Recycling and nurture

Most leads are not ready rather than not interested. A defined recycle path is where a lot of pipeline sits unclaimed.

How it runs

Audit, architect, build, hand over.

01

Audit

The portal read end to end — objects, properties, automation, permissions, integrations and the reports leadership actually opens.

02

Architect

The model written down before it is built: objects, lifecycle, ownership and the definitions every report has to agree on.

03

Build

Configuration, automation and integration built to that model, in a sequence that leaves the team working throughout.

04

Hand over

Documentation, enablement for the people who run it daily, and a period operating alongside your team until it is genuinely theirs.

Where it usually goes wrong

Optimising for the lead count.

Lead volume is the easiest number to move and the least connected to revenue. Drop the form to one field and volume doubles while opportunities do not. Measure from the opportunity backwards and the whole system starts optimising for something worth having.

Frequently asked

What people ask before they commit.

Do you run campaigns for us?

We build the system underneath them and we work alongside agencies who run the creative. If you need someone to write the ads, we will tell you and often recommend somebody.

How long before we see results?

Routing and attribution improvements show within weeks. Scoring and qualification need a quarter of data before the model is worth trusting.

What about outbound?

Sequences, task queues and the integration with whatever prospecting tools you run. The same rules apply: the source has to survive and the activity has to be reportable.

Can you fix our attribution?

Usually. Most attribution problems are campaign structure problems and lost UTM parameters, not model problems. We find where the source is being dropped and close it.

Do we need paid advertising?

Depends on your motion. What we will not do is recommend spend before the measurement works, because spending into a system that cannot attribute is how budgets get cut.
