The work

## An integration is a contract, not a connector.

Packaged connectors work until the moment your business is specific. Then the sync direction is wrong, the field mapping is lossy, and nobody can say which system won the last conflict.

We design the integration as a contract: which system owns each field, what happens on conflict, what is retried, and what raises an alert. Then we build it — through the CRM APIs, a middleware layer, or the warehouse, depending on which one you can actually operate.

Conflict rules, retries and idempotency, so a repeated message does not create a duplicate customer.

### Billing and product data

Subscriptions, usage and invoices in front of the people who renew them.

HubSpot into the warehouse and back, so reporting is not limited to what the portal can hold.

### Custom objects

Modelling the things your business sells that HubSpot has no native object for.

Alerting on sync failure with a runbook, because an integration nobody watches is a silent data loss.
