How long does an audit take?
Two to three weeks from access to findings. We need read access to the portal and about two hours of conversation with whoever knows how it is meant to work.
Will you just tell us to hire you?
The plan is written so your team can execute it. Most audits find a majority of work that does not need us. We would rather be the firm that told you the truth than the one that manufactured a project.
Do you use an automated audit tool?
We use tooling to gather the inventory, because counting things is what software is for. The judgement is human — a tool can tell you there are two hundred workflows, not which three are corrupting your pipeline data.
What access do you need?
Read access to the portal, ideally including workflows, reports and integration settings. No write access, and we can work under an NDA and to your security requirements.
Can you audit two portals?
Yes, and we regularly do for acquisitions, where the point is deciding which portal survives consolidation.
What if we just migrated and it already feels wrong?
That is one of the most common reasons people call. A migration that moved the data without re-modelling it produces exactly this feeling, and the audit will say so plainly.
