Workshops

Go to market workshop.

A day, a whiteboard, a plan. One day with the people who actually own revenue, working through the decisions that never get made because there is never a meeting long enough to make them.

One dayOn site or remoteYour team
The problem

The decision keeps getting deferred.

Which segment to concentrate on, what qualified means, who owns the handoff. Everyone knows these need resolving and every meeting runs out of time before they are reached, so they are settled by default instead of by decision.

Deferred again. Decided by default.

What we cover

The agenda, and what leaves the room.

The revenue you already have

We read your actual data before the day. Sources, cycle times, win rates by segment. Starting from evidence rather than from opinion changes the conversation immediately.

Segment, decided

Where to concentrate and, harder, where to stop. A workshop that rules nothing out has not decided anything.

Definitions, agreed in the room

Qualified, opportunity, won. Written on the wall, argued about properly once, and signed before anyone leaves.

The seams between teams

Handoffs, SLAs and what happens when one is missed, with the people who own both sides in the room at the same time.

What the system has to change

The pipeline, property and reporting changes each decision implies, captured as a build list rather than as a sentiment.

A ninety-day plan with owners

Every decision with a name and a date against it. That document is the deliverable, and you get it the same week.

How it runs

Strategy that ships as a system.

01

Diagnose

Where revenue actually comes from today, read from the systems rather than from the deck — sources, cycle times, win rates and the segments that quietly carry the number.

02

Decide

Segment, offer, motion and pricing written as decisions with owners and dates attached, not as a framework with boxes to fill in later.

03

Instrument

The CRM, the routing, the definitions and the dashboards rebuilt so the plan is measurable the week it launches rather than the quarter after.

04

Run it with you

We operate the motion alongside your team until the number repeats, then hand it over with the documentation to keep it repeating.

Where it usually goes wrong

A good day, and no owner.

The conversation is energising, the whiteboard fills up, and nothing has a name against it. We finish with owners and dates on every item, and we send the write-up within the week while it is still live.

Frequently asked

What people ask before they commit.

Who should attend?

The people who can decide: revenue leadership, marketing, sales and whoever owns the systems. Six to ten people. Larger than that and it becomes a presentation.

On site or remote?

Both work. On site is better for the hard conversations. Remote works when the team is distributed, and we run it in two shorter sessions rather than one long one.

What do we get afterwards?

A written record of every decision, a ninety-day plan with owners and dates, and the build list of system changes each decision implies.

Do we have to engage you afterwards?

No. Plenty of teams run the plan themselves, and it is written so they can. If you want us to build it, that is a separate conversation.

Can you run it in Spanish?

Yes. The team spans six countries and we run these in English and Spanish.

Tell us what you are running

What the system does today, where it breaks, and when it has to work. An engineer reads it — you get an answer inside one business day, not a sequence.
