Engineers and operators who build companies.
Draidel is a technical consulting firm and venture studio out of Miami. We have been building revenue systems since 2015, across six markets, as a Platinum HubSpot partner — and we build our own companies on the same stack.
Not an agency. Not a dev shop.
We are not hired to produce deliverables. We are hired because a revenue system does not hold together, and someone has to own the architecture, write the code, and stay until the number is repeatable.
We build companies.
About — the firmOne team, from the architecture to the code.
The same people who decide the data model write the migration. The same people who design the funnel build the automation underneath it. That is the whole difference: nothing is handed from a strategist to an implementer with the reasoning lost in between.
We work in short engagements with a named owner on both sides, and we finish by handing the system over — documentation, training, and a period running it alongside your team before we step back. An engagement that cannot be handed over was scoped wrong.
We are based in Miami and operate across six markets, in English and Spanish. Most of our work arrives through people we have built something for before.
Four things we will not trade.
Evidence over opinion
We start from what the systems already record. A recommendation that cannot be traced to data is a preference.
Own the whole system
Strategy without implementation is a deck. Implementation without architecture is technical debt with a deadline.
Built to be handed over
Every engagement ends with your team operating it. If it only works while we are here, it does not work.
Say the hard part
If the thing you asked for is the wrong thing, we will say so before the invoice, not after.
