We are Ariel Rajmaliuk and Ary Frischman—co-founders of Draidel, born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We've been building companies together for more than twenty years, sharpening our craft across a decade of hands-on product, engineering, and growth leadership.

Our journey includes ventures such as Supertek, Argentina's largest ASIC repair company; BatePrecios, a pioneering e-commerce initiative; Productario, a pricing intelligence engine for wholesalers; and diiirect.com, a next-generation platform for managing remote teams. Each venture taught us to keep ideas practical, resilient, and deeply human.

Draidel is the studio where those lessons converge. It's where new ideas are born—and where some are purposefully retired so better ones can thrive. We design, ship, and iterate quickly, then open-source our playbook to the founders, operators, and teams who partner with us.
