By accessing and using the services provided by Draidel ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Draidel provides digital consulting, development, marketing, and technology services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• HubSpot consulting and implementation
• Web and mobile application development
• Digital marketing and SEO services
• Data analytics and business intelligence
• UI/UX design services
• Business strategy consulting

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Respond to our requests in a timely manner
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Respect our intellectual property rights
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• We retain ownership of our pre-existing intellectual property
• Custom work created for you becomes your property upon full payment
• You grant us permission to use your project in our portfolio

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draidel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
