Nos encontramos en la busqueda de personal para la Atencion al cliente para nuestro local ubicado en zona Obelisco.

Somos una empresa de reparaciones de Hardware y Software (Notebooks, Consolas, Placas de video, Motherboards y más).

Tareas a realizar:

  • Atencion de Whatsapp
  • Recepcion de llamadas telefonicas
  • Recepcion de Equipos
  • Pruebas básicas en equípos
  • Atencion al cliente en el local
  • Seguimiento de Casos
  • Gestion de Proveedores
  • Ayuda organizativa a los técnicos

Herramientas a utilizar:

  • Paquete Office
  • WhatsApp
  • CRM
  • Email

Requisitos:

  • Buena presencia.
  • MUY buena atención al cliente.
  • Conocimiento básico (medio o avanzado serán un plus) sobre electrónica en notebooks, consolas, placas de video, celulares, etc.
  • Puntualidad
  • Organización

Horario:

  • Lunes a Viernes de 9 a 18hs

Zona:

  • Obelisco
